Latest - The good folks at Kidney Health Australia kindly asked Lesley to help with some promotion of the Big Red Walk.  We're excited that her story, and the Big Red Walk made it to NewsCorp publications.  You can read the article here!

Team Mulva is all about throwing support towards Kidney Research, which is going to help sustain the life of our good friend Lesley Tozer who is waiting ever so patiently for a new kidney.  Mulva is her dialysis machine, the superb piece of technology that keeps this rock chick rocking on!

Each year more Australians die with kidney related disease than breast cancer, prostate cancer and even road deaths. Sadly, 1 in 3 Australians is at increased risk of kidney disease and an estimated 1.7 million Australians over the age of 25 already have at least one clinical sign of existing kidney disease. It's a very important health issue.

Help Team Mulva - our first year of entry

We truly believe there is a kidney out there for Lesley, and we want to support her in this process in every way possible.  If that means we can reach $3,000 in order to go towards kidney research or support the paired kidney exchange program, then we are a team that are willing to walk our patooties off!

Every dollar counts so please help me make a difference with a secure online donation, big or small – just click on the ‘Donate’ button on the side. You will automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt via email.

Kidney Health Australia receives 100% of all donations, so that's another great reason to support us.  We're going to smash this target, can you see your way in helping us out?

    Kidney Health Australia

Kidney Health Australia was established in 1968 as the Australian Kidney Foundation. It is now a cohesive national body—a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people living with kidney disease and their carers. It operates primarily due to the generosity of the public, largely in the form of donations, bequests and community fundraising.
